Sundays - A NEW SEASON!
We are excited to share that beginning on Sunday, November 20th - at 11:00 AM and for a season, we will be worshiping with our brothers and sisters at the First Baptist Church of Malden in side of their beautiful sanctuary (493 Main Street).  MBC was birthed out of FBC 150 years ago, when most people walked to a neighborhood church - and there was no Baptist Church in the Maplewood neighborhood.
Now, these many years later, it seems as if the Lord is leading us to come back together for a time to praise Him on Sundays!  How long with this continue?  Only God knows!  Are we merging the two churches?  That "m" word has never come up in the conversations between the two leadership teams.  God is leading His churches (even as He often leads each of his children individually) one step at a time.  We're simply taking a step...
I will be leading worship each Sunday and preaching as FBC is presently without a pastor.  We will continue to ZOOM live and offer a recorded service on this web site - BUT - if YOU have been away from "in person" worship, I hope you will prayerfully consider coming back to enjoy it and be with God's people, face to face.
In all things, past, present and future, we will continue to trust God and wait for His leading.
